Every price covers the concept, generation, and delivery in ready-to-post formats (JPG for photos, MP4 for video). It also includes full organic usage rights with no expiry date, so you can post the content on your own channels for as long as you like.
Yes. Paid ad usage (Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms) is priced separately from organic use, at 25% of the project's base price per month the ad runs. Let us know when you book so we can build it into your quote from the start.
Yes, for a one-off exclusivity fee of 25% on top of the project price. We'll agree the category and time period upfront and won't take on directly competing brands during that time.
You get full commercial rights to use the finished deliverable under the usage terms above (organic included, paid ads and exclusivity priced separately). We keep the right to show the work in our own portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions on the agreed concept, things like angle, lighting, or styling tweaks. A full new concept beyond that is scoped and priced separately.
Single photos and photo packages typically take 3-5 business days. Reels and campaign bundles take 5-7 business days, depending on how many rounds of feedback we go through together.
Yes, where required. We follow ASA CAP Code guidance on AI-generated advertising content and flag disclosure requirements as part of your brief, so you stay compliant on your end too.
It helps but isn't required. A few reference shots, even from your phone, let us match your product's color, shape, and detail precisely. Without them, we work from your brief and any brand assets you already have.

When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email address, brand or Instagram handle, project type, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message field. We don't collect any other personal data on this site, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Solely to respond to your enquiry, put together a quote, and deliver the project if you book with us. We don't use your details for marketing unless you separately opt in, and we never sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We process your enquiry details under legitimate interest - you've contacted us directly and we need your details to respond. Where we ask for anything beyond that (like opting into marketing updates), we rely on your consent instead.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, using their Forms service. Netlify acts as our data processor for this purpose. Netlify is a US company, so your enquiry details may be transferred to and processed on servers outside the UK and EEA; Netlify maintains standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards for this. All typefaces on this site are built directly into the page rather than loaded from Google's servers, so no font-related request ever leaves your browser for that. The external services involved are Netlify, our hosting and form provider, described above, and Google Analytics, which only runs if you accept analytics cookies in the banner - see our cookies policy for details.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the project plus a reasonable period for our own records. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, just email us and we'll action it.
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of this, email contact@noellstudio.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We may update this policy as the studio grows. Check the date below for the latest version - if changes are significant, we'll make that clear on this page.
If you cancel before we've begun generating anything for your project, you'll get a full refund. No questions asked.
Once generation has started, payments are non-refundable - the time and credits are already committed. If something's off, tell us and we'll fix it within your included revision rounds first.
If, after your included revision rounds, the final result still doesn't match the agreed brief, we'll refund the project in full. You shouldn't pay for something that doesn't work for you.
Email us within 7 days of final delivery explaining what doesn't match the brief. We'll respond within 2 business days and sort it out.
Noell Studio provides AI-generated photorealistic images and video for advertising and social media use, as described in the pricing and scope agreed for your project. Work begins once payment is received, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Projects are paid upfront unless we've agreed a different arrangement. Prices are as listed on this site at the time of booking, plus any add-ons (paid ad usage, exclusivity) agreed separately.
You confirm you have the right to use any product photos, logos, or brand assets you send us, and that your brief doesn't ask us to create anything illegal, infringing, or in breach of a third party's rights.
Ownership and usage of the finished deliverable are covered separately in our pricing and FAQ - organic use is included, paid ad usage and exclusivity are priced as add-ons.
Revision rounds and refund conditions are covered in full just above, under refunds & cancellations.
Our liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or missed campaign deadlines caused by factors outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site - which pages get seen, roughly where visitors are from, that kind of thing. This sets cookies, but only after you say yes in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline or dismiss the banner, no analytics cookies are set.
